- deadline of paying the registration fee 240€ (student special price 180€). After this date, the registration fee will increase to 260€ (student special price 200€). The bank account for the conference payment will be active from January 2022.

- Arrival, accommodation in dormitories of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences
- July 25,2022 - Monday
- Opening of the symposium, plenary session, lecture sessions.
- July 26, 2022 - Tuesday
- Lecture sessions, closing discussion
- July 27, 2022 - Wednesday
- Field trip to Kozienicka Forest, evening return to Warsaw
